Limited Warranty is valid from the date of purchase and in the country of purchase only.
Above mentioned parts will be supplied free with in the warranty period.
Repairs carried out at Panasonic Authorized Service Centers (ASC) only and purchase must be from Authorized Panasonic dealer only.
In case of any failure of these parts, customer must provide the purchase slip and product registration mail to avail the free spare parts during the warranty period. Installation / reinstallation, including transportation cost from site to service center or vice-versa is to be borne by customer.
The Customer has to register their product online at Panasonic website http://prismscm.panasonic.ae/MDASupport/RegisterProduct?lan=en to qualify automatically for this limited warranty.
This warranty covers one time replacement of motor/compressor within warranty period.
This warranty is not valid for:
If the product purchase detail is not registered in the website within six months of product purchase.
Any modification made on the original purchase slip/invoice and product with damaged/tampered serial number.
Electricity fluctuation, short circuit, war or any other disturbance, natural calamities or misuse against operating conditions of the machine or any other external factor beyond the control of manufacturer.
Any maintenance or repair carried out by an individual or unauthorized service center.
Use of product other than specified in the user manual or any commercial purpose.
Failure of the product due to incorrect installation.
This registration number received after the product registration should be presented along with original purchase invoice in order to avail the limited warranty from Authorized Service Center (ASC).
This warranty covers the supply of free of cost parts only.
Labor, gas and gas charging costs are not covered under this warranty.
ASC reserves the right to judge and refuse service under warranty if the terms and conditions are not followed.
Installation, transportation and demonstration charges are not covered under this warranty.
Neither ASC nor Panasonic or any of its affiliates shall be responsible for any delay in providing parts if ASC does not have the stock of the parts necessary and has to order the parts to one of the manufacturer’s overseas factories. Further, neither ASC nor Panasonic shall be liable for the repair service if the requested repair is impossible due to import / export embargoes on the parts necessary for the repair of the product and/or other regulations or other unforeseen circumstances rendering the requested repair impossible.
This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product from an Authorized Dealer only and non-transferrable.
This warranty shall be subject to the laws of the country of purchase.
This warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. (Warranty period cannot be changed or extended)
In case of exchanged units, it will have the remaining period of the warranty.
Company or its ASC reserves the right to retain any part(s) or component(s) replaced at its discretion in the event of defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
Any part of the system replaced by the company at its discretion shall be with a functionally operative part.
